Banana Berry Smoothie
Best saved for after training.
- 1 cup coconut milk or water, or iced green tea
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries or blueberries
- 1-2 scoops protein powder
Pour liquid into blender. Add banana, berries and protein powder. Whir for 15-20s until creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
