High Energy Trail Mix*
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup banana chips
- 1/2 cup apple chips
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup carob chips
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and divide into 1/4 cup servings.
Nutritional Information: 190 calories, 12g fat, 19g CHO, 12g Sugar, 4g Protein
