From Dr. Berardi’s Gourmet Nutrition

Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Pineapple
  • 1 Banana (1/2 for women)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 cup Chilled Green Tea
  • 1 cup Ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend on high until mixture is a smooth consistency.
