Post Workout Shake
From Dr. Berardi’s Gourmet Nutrition
Pina Colada Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Pineapple
- 1 Banana (1/2 for women)
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1 cup Chilled Green Tea
- 1 cup Ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until mixture is a smooth consistency.
